Piers Morgan to film tourism programme in Andalucia
According to Typically Spanish, the former tabloid editor will be in the resort between July 22nd and 30th.
He will be hosting a new ITV programme called Piers Morgan on Marbella, which will feature some of Andalucia's best-known tourist attractions.
The Britain's Got Talent judge said the show will demonstrate how Marbella has managed to transform itself into a cosmopolitan tourist destination while retaining "the charm of a typical Andalucia village by the sea".
Families renting villas in Andalucia during Morgan's time in the region may be lucky enough to spot him filming the show, particularly if they stay in Torrox, which is within driving distance from Marbella along the coast.
The programme is due to broadcast on prime time television in the UK next year, so those enjoying Andalucia holidays this year will be able to reminisce about their break, while those planning them in the future can get some tips on what to do and where to go.
