Outdoor enthusiasts 'should try an Andalucia holiday'
The ocean is only a hop, skip and a jump away for tourists who head for an Andalucia holiday near the coast, suggests the Guardian.
Hiking, running and horse riding are all possible in the location, which combines Spanish and North African influences to create a unique travel experience.
"You'll gallop through the waves towards the sand dunes at the windsurfer's paradise of Tarifa, canter through tranquil pinewoods on secluded nature reserves and explore hidden villages where you can enjoy an ice cold fino against dramatic views sweeping out over the ocean," the report asserts.
People planning to use an Andalucia holiday as a chance to brush up on their riding skills were advised the location can be a good choice for those new to the sport.
Travellers may wish to book an Andalucia villa in Frigiliana, a village located in the foothills of the region's Sierra de Tejeda Mountains.
