Easter in Malaga 'has it all'
The Guardian reports that those who spend Easter week in Andalucia will be able to see all the "weeping Madonnas, marching bands, shuffling penitents and wafting incense" they could wish for - and more.
On a day trip out from a villa in the traditional Spanish village of Torrox, holiday makers will be treated a "surreal" procession by the Foreign Legion and ceremonial goats.
While in Malaga, visitors can also take in the Picasso Museum. It is claimed that the nearby Calle Granada, Calle Alcazabilla and Plaza de la Merced - where Picasso was born - have enough pavement cafes to "keep you going from noon till well into the night".
Should all the celebrations, excitement and art get a bit too much, then you can retreat back to the serene surroundings of a rural villa, which boasts vibrant vistas over the mountains and sea.
