Britons make most of weather, Andalucia

Britons are making the most of the disappointing English summer to take city breaks to places such as Malaga, in the warmer Mediterranean climate.

The beautiful sunshine and hot temperatures of cities such as Malaga are tempting holidaymakers to spend some time abroad.

With temperatures still been in the high 20s it makes a welcome break from the wettest summer on record.

Tourists visiting Malaga can take in the Picasso Museum, which opened in 2003, the museum is appropriately placed in the town where the artist was born.

There is also a Cathedral, in the Baroque style, which is known as "La Manquita".

There also upcoming events such as the Jazz Festival in November.

With so much to see and do in Malaga, as well as the beautiful weather, it is no surprise that it is becoming more and more popular with holiday makers.
