Andalucia holidays 'may convert Brits to Spain'
In news that may be of interest to anyone planning an Andalucia holiday, Spain remains one of the most popular destinations for Brits retiring abroad, Lisa Harris of financial services provider Saga notes.
Spain is the number-one place for UK retirees looking to enjoy their post-working life in the sun, she explains.
"Climate and health obviously play a large part in this and whilst many people are leaving behind lots of friends and family, communities abroad develop quickly," Ms Harris states.
Meanwhile, the Post Office recently suggested that fuel prices in Spain are among the lowest in the eurozone.
As such, people on Andalucia holidays may benefit from more spending money on their Spanish break, with petrol costs in Spain some 30 per cent lower than those in Belgium and the Netherlands.
