"This is my second holiday with James villas this year.I cannot fault the service! The villas,my first in Pollensa,Marjorca and this one in Nerja were excellent.The villas and pool were fab,comfortable,well equipped,and very private. They were really spacious which was great for my 3 girls.The locations were stunning and although a bit off the beaten track were close enough to local amenities and offered lots of activities,places to visit and places to eat, drink and shop.I loved the fact that you were not bothered apart from a pleasant visit from a rep during your stay but still felt that if you need anyone it would be no trouble to get hold of someone for help. I am really impressed with the service and the ease of it all.Everything was as you said it would be,villa,location etc.Car hire was pretty straight forward and efficient. I have looked at other holiday companies since but they do come up to scratch!! Thanks for a great holiday we will definitely be booking with you again! Sue and Rob"

"Our booking was very last minute (3 days) Our traveller advisor was Travel Adviser who was really excellent, very professional yet helpful and friendly a great ambassador for your company. The only pre-travel 'problem' was that we were told that there wasn't a washing machine at the villa (brochure omitted this) when in fact there was. our Representative was extremely pleasant and efficient the only slight problem at the villa being the broken dishwasher which she was unable to get repaired during our one week stay. However realistically could we have got our dishwasher at home repaired in less than 6 days? I doubt it. We had a wonderful time and will certainly seriously consider booking with James Villas again (especially at short notice if the price of the villa is reduced during off season times. I hope that you will bring our very favourable comments to the Attention of both Travel Adviser and our Representative"

"Please ignore comments regarding rep - we never needed her although she left message with phone number, so never actually met her, but your website wouldn't let me proceed further til I filled in something. Also where cost was concerned, the reason things were more expensive was the Euro rate pertaining at the time, nothing to do with James villas. The only comment I have about the villa itself was that although it sleeps 6, there weren't enough mugs, cups etc. Only 4 mugs for example. Other than that, the villa was absolutely lovely, more than we had expected, proximity to town was just right for us, and beautiful views, exceptionally clean and we had a wonderful holiday - the rep left a message on the first day, and as she helped us last year (same rep I think) I know she would have been on hand if needed. Which gave us a whole week of doing what we wanted. Weather could have been a bit warmer - nothing James Villas could be held responsible for !! ALL IN ALL, A LOVELY WEEK'S HOLIDAY, COULD ONLY HAVE BEEN IMPROVED BY LASTING LONGER, 10 DAYS WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT! WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK CASA FRAILLE AGAIN, SUITED US ADMIRABLY."

"excellent holiday but was let down by the airline and there baggage allowance, as 4 prepaid baggage people flew totally 60kg in weigh, and 2 cases weighing 32kgs for the 4 of us the charged us an extra 30 pounds, madness.... but as for the villa and pool etc couldnt fault it fantasic"

"The villa was very comfortable and clean. The rep attended on three seperate days and was very friendly and helpful.The only bad point was the state of the track to the villa,but we realise there is little you can do about this. "We really enjoyed our holiday. Our choice of villa was changed by your company close to the start of the holiday. This was due to building work near our original choice. we were very impressed that you sorted this out for us in advance. Our villa was lovelly, although we didn't like the town of Nerja or the immediate area around the villa. However, this wasn't James Villa's fault - just our experience with a new area. We will definitly use you again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our James Villas holiday and were pleased that we were left to our own devises, as this is what we wanted, but we were very pleased to know we had a friendly rep available if we needed anything. The only downside to our holiday was the concern we had that the owner of the villa seemed to collect his car from the garage at the villa as and when he wanted to but when we spoke to our rep about this, she sorted it out very efficiently."

"The outward experience being picked up from the airport to the car hire depot was most dissapointing and put an initial dampner on the holiday but the return was smooth and incident free. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday in a very comfortable villa."
