Take up villas in the Algarve 'to experience envious lifestyle'

Families have been told of a few of the reasons to book a villa in the Algarve, with one source giving its recommendations on some of the ideal resorts in the Portuguese region.

Marc Da Silva told the Daily Mail that although the destination is highlighted by its world-class golf facilities, it is not the sole attraction of it.

He noted: "Under three hours' flying time from Britain, it offers an envious lifestyle, with a wide range of year-round activities and attractions."

Furthermore, those relaxing in some of the Algarve villas in winter months can experience temperatures usually above 15 degrees C, with the gauge rising considerably into the summer.

Some areas that holiday makers may want to consider in this location of Portugal include the Vale do Lobo – which is three times larger than the popular resort of Monaco – and Quinta do Lago, with many of its villas offering stunning sea views.

The Financial Times has also been full of praise of Vale do Lobo recently, with two kilometres of beach and plenty of restaurants just a couple of highlights of the destination.
