Grab yourself a late deal >Take part in a Zumbathon while in Algarve villas
Families who are hoping to stay in shape or do something for a good cause will be able to achieve both if they book last-minute flights to Algarve villas.
The Portuguese resort of Carvoeiro will be holding a Party in Pink Charity Zumba Marathon Event on October 22nd.
Dubbed a Zumbathon, the occasion encourages attendees to take part in the popular dance-themed workout programme from 3pm until 6pm local time at the Carvoeiro Tennis Club.
Tickets cost €10 (£8.75) each, with all funds going towards the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which looks to find a cure for breast cancer.
Once the fundraising exercise has come to a close, people staying in villas in the Algarve near to Carvoeiro will have plenty of other entertaining retreats to seek out.
The city features a sheltered sandy bay for sun worshippers to enjoy, while a raft of restaurants, cafes and bars gives holiday makers plenty of options for wining and dining in the resort.
