More flights to Algarve villas offered by British Airways
Brits now have more opportunities to visit villas in the Algarve region of Faro, thanks to new flights by British Airways.
The airline has revealed that it is offering a fresh travel option to the Portuguese destination from London City Airport.
These flights will operate four times each week and are already taking to the skies, with the routes staying open all year long.
Meanwhile, those hoping to stay in south of France villas are also in luck, thanks to British Airways adding more flights to its London City Airport to Nice travel route.
Luke Hayhoe, the commercial manager at BA CityFlyer, commented: "We first launched leisure only flights from London City last year in direct response to demand from our customers. They proved so popular, particularly during the summer months, that we have decided to expand them further this year."
A trip to the city of Faro could prove an insightful one for people visiting the Algarve this year, with the location presenting such sights as 9th century Roman walls around its older regions.
