Experience Festival Med on an Algarve villa holiday
Festival Med will return to Loule in June, providing plenty of entertainment for people on Algarve villa holidays.
The event will run from June 23rd to 27th and will provide visitors with an experience of the "typical sounds and flavours" of several different Mediterranean countries, according to Visit Portugal.
Loule's historic centre will provide the main venue for the festival, which will feature a programme full of live music performances by artists from across Europe.
There will be several other events for Algarve villa guests to attend over the course of the five days, including street theatre performances, dance shows and handicraft exhibitions.
People with a taste for good food will be able to explore the festival ground to visit the many different restaurants that will be serving food from each of the countries taking part in the celebration.
Holiday makers can also take some time to explore the city of Loule during an Algarve villa break to learn more about its history and visit local churches and monuments.
Some of the region's most popular tourist areas are located nearby, including Vilamoura and Quarteira.
