MORE SUNLOUNGERS AND BETTER QUALITY OUTDOOR FURNITURE REQUIRED, ALSO A SMALL DEAD RODENT FOUND IN POOL ON OUR ARRIVAL, DIDN'T APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN CLEANED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL!
MORE PILLOWS REQUIRED IN ALL BEDROOMS.
THERE WAS NO DVD PLAYER AS STATED IN VILLA DESCRIPTION ON WEBSITE.
HOT WATER FAILED ONE OF THE DAYS, HOWEVER THE REP AND VILLA OWNER WERE EXTREMELY SPEEDY IN RECTIFYING THIS ISSUE AND WE THANK THEM BOTH VERY MUCH. ALSO THE SUPPLIED COT KEPT COLLAPSING, ANNETTE THE REP WAS THERE WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH A REPLACEMENT, VERY PLEASING SERVICE!!
