This is the biggest and best loved resort in the Algarve with its golden sands, brightly coloured fishing boats, lively nightlife and tempting restaurants and bars. You’ll also find winding cobbled streets and steep alleyways in the old town, an ancient castle and a bustling market. And just to the west, a new marina adds a more cosmopolitan air.

We have enjoyed at least four villa holidays in the Valle de Parra region of the Algarve, all of them booked with James Villas every time a different villa and always most enjoyable. We will book again for our next vacation with James Villas and possibly try another resort within the Algarve. Thank you for your service so far its been great.
