The villa is not new but very clean and spacious. It is a 20 minute walk to the local shops where there are two supermarkets. There is a shop in the complex behind the villa which is handy. The location of the villa is great as it is far enough away for it to be peaceful. The villa would be great for a big party of people.
The pool is simply wonderful and it was lovely to be able to swim at 10pm or later!
It is not necessary to have a car unless you want to explore the area. We used taxi's from the local town which cost 3.50 Euro's or we walked.
