• Holiday must be booked between Thursday 25 April 2013 and Monday 20 May 2013 inclusive
• Holiday must depart between Wednesday 1 May 2013 and 31 July 2013 inclusive
• Offer applies to selected properties on selected dates for 7 night durations; longer durations will vary in price and may not be multiples of the 7 night prices.
• Minimum of 2 passengers per booking

• Accommodation and flights must be purchased with James Villa Holidays for all travelling passengers to receive free car hire, free travel insurance and a free welcome pack.
• Holiday must be booked between 25 March 2013 and 31 October 2013 inclusive
• Holiday must depart between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2014 inclusive
• Minimum of 2 passengers per booking
• Offer applies to all properties in Florida, excluding those in our Luxury villas collection
• Offer applies to new bookings only
• Offer can be used in conjunction with any other eligible offer
• All bookings are subject to availability and booking conditions
• Offer may be withdrawn or extended without notice
• Free Car Hire
  • One free car per villa booked (with a maximum of 2 free cars per booking)
  • Applies to entry level manual car hire only – upgrades and automatics available for an additional charge
  • Free car hire is only valid for the same length of accommodation booked:
    • 7 nights accommodation entitles you to 7 days free car hire, even if your flight dates are for a longer duration
    • Car hire discount is capped at 14 nights meaning a 3-week accommodation and flights booking will receive discount relative to 2-weeks car hire
  • Free car hire includes the Platinum package cover as standard;
    • 1st tank of fuel included in the price
    • Unlimited additional drivers (over 25)
    • Unlimited free mileage
    • (LDW) Loss/Collision Damage Waiver (up to $1 million)
    • (SLI) Supplemental Liability Insurance
    • (UMP) Uninsured Motorist Protection
  • Optional extras such as child seats, Sat-Nav/GPS, toll pass are payable locally.
• Free Travel Insurance
  • Free for all of travelling passengers booking flights with James Villa Holidays
  • Subject to policy conditions
  • Excess waiver available for an additional charge
• Free Welcome Pack
