Fantastic views over the 7th and 8th fairway of the 18-hole PGA Golf Course can be enjoyed from the pool at this property. Its central location means that it’s right at the heart of the golf course that winds itself around the neighbourhoods of the popular community of Highlands Reserve. Set over two-storeys, the master bedroom can be found on the ground floor and features a flat screen TV as well as en-suite accommodation. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor of the property. Although the villa is fully air-conditioned, every bedroom has a ceiling fan to provide additional comfort during the warmer summer months. For anyone wishing to take their laptop on holiday to catch up on some emails, Wi-Fi is included at this property for your convenience. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and cool down, and the tempting whirlpool spa is a lovely spot to sit and admire the view over the golf course. Next door to Kingston Heath is another of our villas, Gleneagles Executive Plus, meaning these properties are ideal for larger parties who require two separate villas. Highlands Reserve has a convenient location on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. Facilities at the community include a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.
