"My family and I are just back from a James villa holiday in Minorca, Villa Isabel at Torre Sole. The five of us, ranging in age from 7 to 66, just felt we had to write to you to THANK you for the great villa and flight arrangments. Everything went so well. We phoned the rep about the air conditioning and within the hour it was up and running.
When you save all year for a holiday it is great when it all goes well and this one did.
