Resort: Binibeca in Menorca
The resort of Binibeca stretches from Cala Torret, with a selection of restaurants, and S’Atalaya in the east, to Binibeca Vell, the famous fishing village in the west. At Binibeca Nou you’ll find a gorgeous, dune-backed sandy beach with a relaxing beach bar, a small restaurant and sunbeds perfect for an afternoon snooze. The next bay at Binisafau is popular for swimming and snorkelling. Binibeca Vell has a selection of shops, restaurants and bars – some traditional and others more aimed at holidaymakers. The train to Punta Prima is a popular outing, as well as taking a car trip along the coastal road.
"Villa was very nice but we feel that we have seen everything that binibeca has to offer, so would prefer to go elsewhere in future "

"This was our second time in this villa. "
Mrs Bailey, Doncaster, August 2009
"As a disabled person the villa was in an ideal position for me - on the flat rather than on the hill where most of the villas are, and very close to the main part of binebeca. It seems a shame that this wasn't pointed out in the brochure - I felt I was taking a risk when I booked it and was delighted and relieved when I arrived and discovered where it was.
It seems a shame that, even though we booked a transfer, we were left to make the arrangements ourselves. We had to ring the company who were taking us back to the airport for a check in of 12.20. They told us they'd pck us up at 12 and I had to point out to them that we were supposed to leave the villa by ten. We then had to leave at ten and spend hours more than necessary in the airport.Similar problems arose with the transfer to the villa (see above), On previous visits with other companies the transfers have been co ordinated by them and were much more efficient. "
