Resort: Binibeca in Menorca
The resort of Binibeca stretches from Cala Torret, with a selection of restaurants, and S’Atalaya in the east, to Binibeca Vell, the famous fishing village in the west. At Binibeca Nou you’ll find a gorgeous, dune-backed sandy beach with a relaxing beach bar, a small restaurant and sunbeds perfect for an afternoon snooze. The next bay at Binisafau is popular for swimming and snorkelling. Binibeca Vell has a selection of shops, restaurants and bars – some traditional and others more aimed at holidaymakers. The train to Punta Prima is a popular outing, as well as taking a car trip along the coastal road.
"We had a lovely time -the only slight critisism is that we felt that the 2 bathrooms could be updated. the bath/shower tap in the master bathroom was very difficult to change from shower to bath, also the shower heads themselves were looking a little tired. Rest of the villa was lovely. "
Mrs Smith, Nottingham, August 2009
"pool tiles and edge of pool need re doing.edge of pool slabs were loose. patio slabs risen and easily tripped over. umberella at side of pool broken. shower in ensuite bathroom did not work so well. toilets had brown stains in. these are little things and would not stop us from staying here next year as it was a great base and overall a nice villa. "
Mrs Smith, Nottingham, August 2009
"we had a fantastic holiday. great flights. excellent car hire, fantastic directions to villa. it has always been my dream to have a private villa with pool and this did not dissapoint. we will be looking after xmas to book again. thank you. "
Mrs Shrimpton, Birmingham, May 2009
"This villa and resort was VERY VERY quiet, especially during our week in May. This suited us as we wanted a relaxing time. Hiwever, any one wanting good selection of eating places, supermarkets, bars, beach facilities or nightlife would be extremely disappointed "
