The resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The town square is a popular meeting place on warm summer evenings, and also on market days when you can buy anything from fresh produce to local crafts and carvings, leather goods and ceramics. Young families adore the wide, gently shelving sandy beach which stretches for over a mile around the huge horseshoe bay. Parents equally appreciate the pavement restaurants and cafés lining the pedestrian Pine Walk where they can relax and watch over the kids while they play. You’ll find all sorts of watersports on offer, as well as boat trips to the spectacular beach on the Formentor peninsular.
