This traditional property has been tastefully renovated and is set amongst extensive grounds, which includes a large sun terrace and lawned gardens. Set on two levels the ground floor comprises of a double bedroom, a mosaic tiled shower room and a kitchen fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The main lounge and dining area is well appointed and features a DVD player and satellite TV. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where you will find two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside the villa benefits from a large covered terrace overlooking the private pool. For your enjoyment the villa is also equipped with patio furniture and a large barbecue area is located to the side of the villa. All bedrooms benefit from free standing fans.
