Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "This was our third villa holiday with James and will look forward to our fourth!! The only problem we had was the night we arrived and the electricity kept tripping on one circuit. A phone call to the rep/owner and it was looked at. In rural older villas try not to overload circuits!!

"I have met people who have paid far more for a self catering holiday and are staying 6 floors up, sleeping on sofas, cooking on a three burner hob, and with an outside terrace for 2. i have just 'owned' 2 kitchens (inside and outside bbq), 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool to call my own with as many sunbeds as i needed for my family, fruit trees in the large secluded garden, and a roof terrace large enough for a party. i have lived like a millionaire for less than a package holiday with JamesVillas.
