This impressive house stands in lawned grounds just outside the popular old town of Pollensa, within easy walking distance of the numerous restaurants, bars and shops that this lovely medieval town has to offer.
The villa itself has been decorated and furnished with taste by a sculptor of local renown whose works can be seen across the island.
Very comfortable interiors and a well equipped kitchen complement the well cared for gardens where there is a large swimming pool set into lawned gardens whilst a cool, shaded barbecue house to the side offers a great area for al fresco dining.

Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps.
