Located in the popular, quiet residential area of La Font, Ca'l Patro is just a short walk away from the many restaurants, cafés and shops of the old Roman town of Pollensa and a 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
The grounds of the villa include lawned gardens and ample sun terraces surrounding the Roman style, mosaic tiled swimming pool. There is also a casita with seating and dining areas as well a built in barbecue and bread oven.
Inside, the accommodation is on two floors with the main lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a mezzanine twin bedroom with small lounge area and a further bathroom.
