Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "Been to Ascuncion many times and love the villa and location. The owner is a lovely man and is always very friendly and kind. The property, gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard by the owner and his wife. We also enjoy being able to walk to Pollensa from the villa as it is a short and pleasant walk. "
