Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "THE VILLA WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. SET IN IT'S OWN GROUNDS WITH THE MOST AMAZING SCENERY.LOVELY & SECLUDED BUT JUST A SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH/TOWN. THE POOL WAS BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN & THE GROUNDS WERE IMMACULATE.INSIDE THE VILLA AGAIN IT WAS LOVELY, CLEAN & VERY NICELY PRESENTED. THERE WAS EVERYTHING PROVIDED THAT WE COULD HAVE EVER NEEDED FOR OUR STAY. THE MAIDS & GROUNDSMAN WHO CAME TO THE VILLA WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY & KEPT THE PLACE LOVELY. IT WAS LIKE A HOME FROM HOME & I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT. WE HAD A FABULOUS HOLIDAY AT ALEJANDRA. "
