This popular villa is situated in the sought after Bon Aire area and is located within a few minutes drive of a small selection of restaurants, while the old town of Alcudia can be reached within a five minute drive. Well appointed throughout the villa offers a tastefully furnished split level lounge and dining room which includes satellite TV, while the modern kitchen features an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
