"Overall, we had a great holiday and would certainly consider travelling with you again. Your team were very efficient throughout the whole booking process and the representative on site was helpful, knowledgable and gave us confidence that she would be able to respond quickly if we needed her support. The only criticism we would make was that the kitchen utensils were rather dated and could do with replacing. "
