Princesa Yaiza is located in the popular San Blas community on the outskirts of the village of Tias. This property boasts a modern style, with a good standard of furnishings and décor, and is wonderfully spacious throughout. An open plan lounge/diner and a spacious fitted kitchen are also available. Outside is a good sized pool and sun terrace, making this villa ideal for outdoor living. A small selection of amenities in the centre of Tias is just a few minutes’ walk away, whilst a much wider range of facilities can be found in Puerto del Carmen, just five minutes away by car.

Only a 10 minute drive from the airport and a short drive from Puerto del Carmen, Tias has a selection of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. This small village has retained a friendly community spirit and offers the ideal location for peaceful, sun-soaked holidays by the pool. Many fiestas and cultural events are held here, and local produce can be found in abundance, as well as the many Lanzarote wines. "on arrival it was raining and cold and there was no heating in villa but Victor soon brought us a portable heater.The villa had satelite tv but ut there was only 2 channels in english CNN and eurosport. Not a good choice. Otherwise villa and location excellent. Pool got sun all day and not overlooked. Car was upgraded free of charge . Local rep recommended places to visit. Peurto Calero gorgeous harbour with some expensive boats moored up. La Pappardella Italian restaurant was excellent and the spaghetti carbonara and gnocchi out of this world. New World chinese reataurant along the main road in Puerto Del Carmen was excellent as well. Both are worth a visit. The holiday and villa facilities were excellent and very relaxing. Thank you James villas for making things go so smoothly. We will becoming back. "
