This modern style, single storey, villa is furnished to a good standard and is designed for out door living. The inviting large pool provides the perfect place to cool off from the year round canarian sunshine, for your benefit the pool is electrically heated during the winter months, which is included in the price. Inside, villa Paraiso is furnished to a modern standard throughout and benefits from two lounges providing plenty of space to relax in – one lounge is ‘open’ and can be accessed directly from the pool area. The bustling resort centre and harbor of Playa Blanca can be reached within a 20 minute walk and offers a selection of bars, restaurants and shops, while a few local amenities can be found closer to the villa.

Resort: Playa Blanca in Lanzarote
A pretty, bustling resort with a sandy beach and popular promenade, Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on the Island of Lanzarote and is only 15 kilometres from the Timanfaya National Park. There are four stretches of shoreline, and close by is the nature reserve of Papagayo which hosts the best beaches on the island. The resort has a large harbour shared by fishing boats and ferries that take you to Fuerteventura. Take a water taxi from central Playa Blanca to the Marina Rubicon; home to smart yachts moored in a private marina. Pavement cafés and good seafood restaurants offer a relaxing atmosphere in which to unwind in the evening.
