Resort: Playa Blanca in Lanzarote
A pretty, bustling resort with a sandy beach and popular promenade, Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on the Island of Lanzarote and is only 15 kilometres from the Timanfaya National Park. There are four stretches of shoreline, and close by is the nature reserve of Papagayo which hosts the best beaches on the island. The resort has a large harbour shared by fishing boats and ferries that take you to Fuerteventura. Take a water taxi from central Playa Blanca to the Marina Rubicon; home to smart yachts moored in a private marina. Pavement cafés and good seafood restaurants offer a relaxing atmosphere in which to unwind in the evening. "The villa is fantastic in a good location, Playa Blanca is one of the nicest parts of the Island. My son loved the little pool he was in it most of the time, really good outdoor area for a family. The whole place was clean, tidy and modern and the kitchen had all the appliances that you need. I would recommend it to anyone and hopefully will be returning myself. Who ever stays will love it. "
