Villas in Lanzarote - Villa Casa del Loro, Playa Blanca

"As you will see, we have just returned from our latest James Villas holiday in Casa del Loro. We will, of course, complete your questionnaire if this is sent in due course. However I would like to give you this more detailed and personal review of our holiday. As we have always come to expect, the help from the bookings staff was very professionally and helpfully given. Extra trouble willingly given to answer extra queries that we raised.
We had seen the villa previously by kind arrangement of our representative and were equally as delighted when we arrived. The villa was very clean and has every thing which you could need we felt virtually without exception. The change of towels and linen was very well organised and the local manager/cleaner and her husband who does the pool, were obviously very proud of the work they do and caring about respecting people's privacy, i.e. by both coming together and at a reasonable time.
Again the representative was very helpful with questions that we had and very informative. We, again, found her contact most helpful and she was most professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for that very welcome reassurance which such local representation gives.
The development in which the villa sits whilst being quite big, was exceptionally quiet we found and so time could enjoyably be spent in the private garden and pool. It is a few minutes walk to the two parade of shops/restaurants locally which given excellent facilities.
A few minutes walk in the opposite direction leads to a delightful cliff top walk along the sea.
An excellent holiday. We could easily have stayed longer. Thank you very much for the care taken in selecting villas, their management arrangements and quality local representatives backed by excellent UK based staff . This makes for an excellent service which we hope continues and expands.
