This 150 year old barn nestles in the rolling countryside of Poitou Charentes, and has been converted into a comfortable and spacious home, while retaining much of its character and charm. It now provides family-friendly holiday accommodation for up to eight people. The heart of the house is its large living area, which has retained its exposed stonework and original oak beams. The four bedrooms are en-suite, and the large kitchen/dining room is well equipped. The spacious swimming pool is set in a large terrace which surrounds the house on three sides.

Surin is a small village located along the road between Civray and Champagne Mouton. The market town of Civray is just 15 minutes’ drive away where you will find local amenities including a supermarket.
