"Having stayed at Gallini before, there were a few disappointments this time. We had repeated trouble with the air conditioning (although, excellent speed of service when we mentioned this). The sunbeds were in need of replacement (two were replaced when we brought this up). DVD player had to be replaced twice (but again, excellent service). your rep, was once again excellent. He returned all calls and texts, and was friendly and efficient throughout. None of the above problems spoiled our holiday. "

"We went to Kefalonia, Gallini villa for our honeymoon for 7 nights. We found that the villa and the location were amazing and great for relaxing after the hectic wedding arrangements. We have used James Villas before when we went with friends to Cyprus and will definately use again, most probably with friends again as the cost is then reduced greatly. "
