"The villa was of a high standard generally but unfortunately the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. If the owner were to replace the mattresses or at least provide a mattress topper we would definitely use the villa again. "

"We had a superb holiday at Villa Almyra in Kefalonia. The location of the villa is outstanding, the villa spacious and the pool excellent.
We felt, however, that the villa would benefit from some maintenance before next year, and that the amount and quality of the crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils could be better.
We raised a couple of issues around this with your local representative, who resolved them immediately. His service was excellent.
The fact that we have already booked a holiday next year in the same villa speaks for itself. "
