Resort: Spartia in Kefalonia
Set on the south coast of the island, between the airport and St Thomas, this pretty little village is slightly inland from the coast where our villas are located. Spartia enjoys several wonderful tavernas, cafes and a mini-market, of which have various opening times outside peak season. "The villa was absolutely beautiful inside and out, very spacious, well equipped and kept spotless clean. The owners were lovely people: they met us on our arrival & showed us round the property. They gave us fruit, wine, etc and left us their contact details in case of problems/emergencies. They let us know when they would return to clean and change sheets, and brought a meal for our son! They were very friendly & helpful and did not encroach on our holiday at all. "

"Overall we were very pleased with our holiday and the villa. As mentioned previously the owners were exceptionally friendly (but did not encroach on our holiday!) and left us their own wine, tomatoes, cucumber & fruit. They met us at the villa and showed us around and left their contact details in case of any problems. They also met us on the day we left and almost felt like old friends! The only misor issue we had with the holiday was the brochure description which although was not inaccurate, it was slightly misleading.
