The property is set in large gardens surrounded by fields and vineyards. Internally the house is of a very high standard with beamed ceilings, stylish bathrooms and hardwood furniture throughout. Outside the large seating area with built in barbecue is ideal for alfresco dining. Although not another house in sight, within just 2km the village of Crklada has a restaurant serving delicious local dishes and a small shop.

"We had a truely relaxing holiday. It was made particularly memorable by the villa owners son-in-law who wanted to make our stay as perfect as it was he and his chef friend cooked us a fabulous istrian meal and he was very helpful in every respect. Without hesitation, we will recommend this villa to friends and family.
We also felt that the flight was one of the best that we had been on over recent years, particularly for short haul.
