Situated on the outskirts of the quaint village of Rakovci, this new two bedroom villa, built in traditional Istrian style offers spacious accommodation and a peaceful location. Outside, the fantastic barbeque and dining area, shaded by a sycamore tree, is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or glass of local Istrian wine from one of the many vineyards. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and gardens and offers welcome shelter from the sun. Whilst the upper balcony has far reaching views across the pretty countryside. Conveniently there is a small restaurant serving local dishes just a few minutes walk from the villa. The large town of Porec with its many shops and restaurants is a twenty minute drive away.
