Customer Relations Manager - Maternity cover

At James Villa Holidays, our personal service is something we take immense pride in. Responsible for the continuous performance and development of the Customer Relations team, you will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided and business objectives are achieved. You will be expected to lead your team to understand and satisfy customer requirements and exceed their expectations where possible. Working closely with internal departments, you will develop customer service procedures, including compensation management; identify complaint trends, increase customer retention, and report on key areas for improvement.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals, who are confident with problem solving and committed to achieving the best result.

You must have proven customer service experience, a flexible attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
• You should be confident in dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.
• Applicants must be residing in Lanzarote, as accommodation is not provided.
• Applicants must have a full clean driving licence.
