Payment Team Supervisor

The Payment Team Supervisor is a newly created role to support our busy finance department in response to our continuing growth and success within the industry. Working closely with the Finance Manager and supervising a small team, the remit will include approving payments, running payment reports, reconciling bank accounts, resolving any system issues, developing processes and controls, and a variety of project work.

The ideal candidate will be organised, confident and possess good Excel skills. Previous experience of supervising and exposure of high volume transaction processing would be beneficial.

Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for people with problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication and a passion for customer service to join our busy Customer Relations department. You must possess a thorough understanding of customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. An A level (or equivalent) in English and experience of the travel industry within a customer relations environment, including knowledge of the ABTA Code of Conduct, would be desirable.

Full Time Travel Advisors

Vacancies exist for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our busy team in Maidstone. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in tailor making holidays, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. A minimum of two years relevant experience within the travel industry is required. Basic salary + commission with an OTE of circa £22k.

Full Time Retail Travel Advisors - Bluewater

Vacancies exist for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our busy team in our Bluewater store. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in tailor making holidays, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. A minimum of two years relevant experience within the travel industry, preferably in the retail sector is required. Basic salary + commission with an OTE of circa £18k.
