Customer Relations Executive
We are looking for people with problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication and a passion for customer service to join our busy Customer Relations department. You must possess a thorough understanding of customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. An A level (or equivalent) in English and experience of the travel industry within a customer relations environment, including knowledge of the ABTA Code of Conduct, would be desirable.

Full Time Marketing Assistant
We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant.
Based within a busy marketing department you will be part of a team dedicated to the successful marketing of our holidays. Your principle duties would include:

Based within a busy marketing department you will be part of a team dedicated to the successful marketing of our holidays. Your principle duties would include:
• Administration of the marketing database and brochure fulfilment process
• Compiling, maintaining and reporting of all marketing activity statistics
• Regular creation of marketing emails, liaising with IT and Commercial Teams as required
• Primary responsibility for fielding and ensuring response to all emails and phone calls into Marketing department
• Co-ordinating the publication of new content and promotions for the website
• Proof reading of marketing material, including brochures and direct mail
• Arranging competition winners, photography and press trips
• Responsible for compiling and managing a record of all marketing activity
• Researching and monitoring the activity of competitors
• Supporting the Marketing department with any ad-hoc requests

• Previous marketing experience is not essential
• Some previous administration experience would be favourable but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel

Vacancies exist for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our busy team in Maidstone. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in tailor making holidays, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. A minimum of two years relevant experience within the travel industry is required. Basic salary + commission with an OTE of circa £22k.

Vacancies exist for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our busy team in our Bluewater store. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in tailor making holidays, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. A minimum of two years relevant experience within the travel industry, preferably in the retail sector is required. Basic salary + commission with an OTE of circa £18k.
