Overseas Service Manager (Maidstone)

The key aim of this pivotal role is to assist with the management of our overseas operation and to foster an environment of continuous improvement in the service and quality we deliver to our customers.

The Overseas Service Manager role will encompass quality control, implementation of policies and procedures, performance management, training, and on-going support to the resort team, along with full responsibility for departmental administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who, drawing on their previous tour operations expertise, will drive to continuously improve levels of efficiency and effectiveness in resort.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self -starter, who works well under pressure, pays strong attention to detail and can manage a complex workload. A good working knowledge of MS office is required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Resort based experience at managerial level is preferred.

Experienced Contractor

A great opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Contractor who, can draw on their previous contracting skills and knowledge to join our busy and exciting Product and Contracting team, based in Maidstone.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help drive new product initiatives, negotiate or re-negotiate commercially profitable contracts and both manage and develop the product assigned in your areas.

This key individual will be responsible for: product selection, negotiating the best possible commercial terms for all contractual agreements, maintaining and building good working relationships both internally around the business and externally with overseas suppliers, carrying out quality and Health and Safety inspections, brochure and website product management and working to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years contracting experience within the Travel sector, preferably with long-haul knowledge, be able to work under pressure, highly organised and work well as part of team. Language skills will be an advantage.

Applicants should have a full clean driving license and be able to travel overseas at short notice.
