You can truly relax in this peaceful, unspoilt rural village, set within the tranquillity of beautiful, forested hills. The village has rows of traditional little houses, shops and restaurants. You can easily enjoy days on the beach from here - just four kilometres away is Port de San Miguel, with its broad sandy beach protected by the surrounding cliffs. The bay is perfect for families with its soft sand and shallow waters and you’ll also find plenty of watersports and lots of room to run around. "We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Es Socorrat. The villa was fantastic and well maintained. We met the owners on a couple of occasions and they were really friendly and charming. The location was quiet with stunning views but close enough to all other areas by car.
If going with kids take your own dvds as the tv has only news channels in english.
Would definately use James Villas again as the whole holiday was great value for money would even revisit the same villa it was that good! Flights and car hire were hassle free although we did try and book the payable extra leg room on the way home but were told we couldn't as we were travelling with an infant - this was a bit disappointing but not the fault of James. "
