Bellavista certainly lives up to its name, the 'Beautiful View'. From the private pool and terrace areas you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views out to sea. The villa is situated in a rural location, set amongst woodlands. We do recommend a car for this villa, however you can walk down to the small village of San Carlos within twenty minutes. The nearest town is Santa Eulalia, which is ten kilometres away.
Below will give you an idea of the resort's character, which facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation, as well as those located a little further away within the resort and surrounding area.

Resort: San Carlos in Ibiza
A beautiful area dotted with charming farmhouses and edged by bays of crystal clear waters, the village of San Carlos is popular with locals and visitors alike. For years it has attracted writers, artists and musicians, who have helped to develop its cosmopolitan atmosphere. At the centre of San Carlos is a former concert hall and bar, Las Dalias. Bob Marley and Mick Jagger both played at the venue, which is now home to the best hippy market in the area – smaller, yet more atmospheric, than the famous one at nearby Es Canar.

"We have stayed at this villa five times. That should say it all. We love the location and the owners are now on our christmas list. They could not be more welcoming and friendly, if there are any problems they are put right immediately. "

"The best thing about this villa is the location, although you have to go up quite a long narrow and winding lane and then negotiate a steep dusty track the views from the villa down to Es Cana and the sea and beautiful especially at night when all the lights are on down in the resort, also the peace and tranquility of the villa beats the two others we have stayed in "

"The only 'downside' to the villa is the approach road. It is very rutted. The rest of our comments about this villa are very positive indeed. We loved the peacocks roaming in the nearby finca! The view over Es Canar bay was super and the pool was one of the best we have used in all our holidays with you. "

"we were very impressed, with the villa and the owners. We had a problem with the hot water at one point and the owner resolved this within a matter of hours. We did have a little problem with ants invading any food left uncovered but that's to be expected in rural areas. "

"We travel to Ibiza with James Villas every year and this is the third year we have stayed at bellavista. What we like about it is the spectacular location and the fact that the owners are very unobtrusive yet still manage to keep the villa and grounds beautifully clean. This enables us to truly relax and for us Bellavista is a home from home. "
