Ideally located within a short walk to the Tamr Henna and Downtown area with their array of shops, bars and restaurants, this villa is located within the popular Nubian Village. This is a superb location for anyone who wants to be within easy access of many of the resort amenities. The villa itself is spacious and light; there is a wonderful large window which allows light to shine into the dining area, as well as a lovely glass patio door off the lounge. There are two separate lounge areas, a TV lounge which benefits from English satellite channels and a DVD player, as well as another lounge area with lovely comfy sofas which makes a great place to relax with a good book. Nubian Villa offers three bedrooms, a spacious twin, a double with a delightful four-poster bed and a lovely light master bedroom with double bed. The villa has the added advantage of direct access to the lagoon from the outside terrace area, as well as a covered terrace and barbecue for alfresco dining. Nubian Villa is a fantastic choice for outdoor living and for those who want to be in walking distance of some of El Gouna’s amenities.
