Nourbese is a fantastic first floor apartment situated in the lively New Marina area of El Gouna. This modern apartment is spacious and the huge patio windows make it feel light, as well as giving you wonderful sea views. Equipped with all the usual mod-cons, the open plan kitchen and living area benefit from air conditioning, and a large flat screen television with English satellite channels. There are two spacious bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and both the master bedroom and lounge lead to a large covered balcony where you can relax and dine alfresco. Nourbese is located in the same building as LAX Gymnasium, Spa & Lounge, where for a small charge you can use the gym facilities or have a relaxing spa treatment. Also close by, is ‘Club 88’, a bar and restaurant with a stunning 360degree pool which can be used when paying for a meal/drink there. However, the best thing about this property is its proximity to the beach and Abu Tig Marina, where within a short walk, you will reach a huge array of shops, bars and restaurants.
