Marina Villa is located within arguably one of the best locations within El Gouna, the Marina South compound which is within walking distance to the popular Abu Tig Marina. Here you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants, surrounding the pretty marina, as well as the ‘Cheeky Monkeys’ area, complete with crazy golf and kids play area. A slightly longer walk or short taxi ride will lead you to the Downtown area, where you will find more shops, restaurants and bars. The villa itself benefits from its situation within a plot along the outer wall of the compound, and therefore provides a pretty and private outside area decorated with flowers and offering an inviting private pool as well as spacious terrace area for you to enjoy and relax in. Internally, Marina villa has a cosy and very comfortable feel, and benefits from air conditioning throughout. There are beautiful domed ceilings which makes the villa feel airy and spacious, whilst the master bedroom boasts a delightful four poster bed.
