Located across the road from the Gulf of Mexico, this newly-built home is the ideal base for anyone wanting to make the most of the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. Comfortably furnished throughout with modern comforts, including HD cable television and wireless internet, this charming Floridian home comprises four spacious bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The deck leading from the master bedroom is a great spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and stargazing by night. A covered terrace overlooks the private swimming pool, which is great for an afternoon dip after a morning on the beach. A gas barbecue is available at the property for some alfresco dining. Pelican Villa is conveniently located for shops, bars and restaurants of Anna Maria, and is situated opposite the famous Sandbar Restaurant, where you can dine right on the beach and guess the time of the sunset every evening to win a prize! Please note that this is a raised beach house with steps to the front door.
