The house is pleasantly furnished throughout to a high standard with modern conveniences abundant, including flat screen TVs in all three bedrooms. In the garden, mature trees create a lush and tropical setting to relax by the private pool, while an outdoor bar area equipped with a fridge is available to store cold drinks to save trips up to the kitchen. A gas barbecue is available for some alfresco dining opportunities and a large covered terrace with ceiling fan provides a shaded area away from the sunshine. The white sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away at the end of the road, while a selection of restaurants, bars and shops can all be found within easy reach from Dolphin House. Please note that this is a raised beach house with 17 steps to the front door.
