Mercedes is situated in a small cul-de-sac within the Las Casitas area, ideally situated just a short walk to the long stretch of beautiful, sandy beach and approximately a 20 minute walk from the fabulous National Park; rife for exploring. The resort centre of Corralejo is easily reached, with the streets dotted with an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Inside, a cool, open plan living area leads out to the amply sized terrace, a fantastic place for dining alfresco and relaxing in the wicker lounging area, which leads round to the spacious sun terrace that surrounds the inviting private pool.

The island’s largest and liveliest resort, Corralejo has a twice-weekly market and a good selection of reasonably-priced restaurants and bars. A little plaza in the middle of town is fun at night with musicians performing at the pavement cafés, while a small selection of discos and karaoke bars can be found in a dedicated commercial centre. The great watersports in Corralejo attract enthusiasts year after year, and boat trips to Lanzarote and the picturesque and uninhabited Isla de Lobos are also popular activities.
