Resort: Corralejo in Fuerteventura
The island’s largest and liveliest resort, Corralejo has a twice-weekly market and a good selection of reasonably-priced restaurants and bars. A little plaza in the middle of town is fun at night with musicians performing at the pavement cafés, while a small selection of discos and karaoke bars can be found in a dedicated commercial centre. The great watersports in Corralejo attract enthusiasts year after year, and boat trips to Lanzarote and the picturesque and uninhabited Isla de Lobos are also popular activities. Several small beaches line the coast, both sandy and rocky, as well as areas of untouched desert dunes.
"Lovely place - just what we needed. Only small thing - there was not a huge amount of hot water which ran out quite quickly. "
Mr Preece, Maesteg, October 2010
"have already booked again "
Mrs Clayton, Driffield, September 2008
"our only problem was a serious flight delay at the start of our holiday from humberside airport, (no fault of james villas). we lost a complete day of our holiday causing a lot of stress and headaches,no hire car waiting for us, we had to chase it up causing more delay getting to our villa, when we got there we found a note from the rep saying she called at 11am,we were still in flight at the time so they were unaware of the delay,we did ring her to say we had arrived explained what had happened and she said she would let you know back in england.(we never had a visit from the rep.)after we had recovered we had a very, very quite, peacefull, relaxing holiday, the villa excellent 10 out of 10 thankyou. "
Miss Rosser, Burton-on-Trent, June 2008
"We've met the Representative a few times now ans she is always very helpful "
Mr Moran, Manchester, May 2008
"This is the first time myself and friends have chosen a Villa holiday and quite frankly, will never go back. The Villa was really lovely and really private, and yet only minutes out from the main town, so the choice was all ours. The reps are there if you need them, but not intrusive and thankfully, don't try and sell excursions. James Villa holidays also seemed to have a good reputation amongst the locals there, and all said that the villas are fully examined before being represented by James Villas. A great holiday! "
Mr Bayliss, Kettering, April 2008
"The holiday was absolutely excellent. The villa was better than anticipated, was equipped beyond our expectations, was spacious, well furnished, private and secure. It was located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the centre of the resort. Very impressed and will definitely book again. "
Mrs McAllister, Glasgow, June 2007
"fantastice holiday and lovely villa however might have benefitted from air conditioning. overall however experience was fantastic and have already recommended your company to all my relatives and friends. "
Mrs Hopkinson, Telford, January 2007
"We have had about half a dozen holidays with James villas and they have all been excellent - I really like the fact that 'what you see is what you get' and we have never [so far] been disappointed with the accommodation. James Villas provide a very efficient service and this suits us down to the ground as we have a young family and the villas cater for this.
Comments on the questionnaire - we didn't see our rep as they missed us, but we didn't feel the need to contact her - but you had to fill in sections about what they were like as it wouldn't let you go to the next screen - so the info is false for those sections. "
Mr Nott, Basingstoke, December 2006
"I have had several holidays with James and have found the website easy to follow and prices are accurate. Other companies give misleading prices that are totally different when you get to a final figure "
