"our only problem was a serious flight delay at the start of our holiday from humberside airport, (no fault of james villas). we lost a complete day of our holiday causing a lot of stress and headaches,no hire car waiting for us, we had to chase it up causing more delay getting to our villa, when we got there we found a note from the rep saying she called at 11am,we were still in flight at the time so they were unaware of the delay,we did ring her to say we had arrived explained what had happened and she said she would let you know back in england.(we never had a visit from the rep.)after we had recovered we had a very,very quite,peacefull,relaxing holiday,the villa excellent 10 out of 10 thankyou. "
