This charming characteristic house offers a tranquil position on the outskirts of the traditional village of Dubravka, in the south of Dalmatia. The historic city of Dubrovnik is just under an hour’s drive away. Ideal for outdoor living, the villa enjoys beautiful, colourful gardens and an inviting private pool. Flowering shrubs and lush fruit trees offer cool shade to the sunny terrace and small lawn – perfect for relaxing on a sunlounger with a book. Living accommodation is situated on the first floor of the house, whilst the ground floor is unused. The house is traditionally furnished and spacious inside, whilst you can also relax on the shady balcony overlooking the welcoming gardens and surroundings. Day trips can include spending a day strolling round the cobbled streets of Dubrovnik, or relaxing on the blissful coastline just a short drive away.
