Limnos is located in a prime position not far from the natural sea caves, where the sea has eroded the headland to create unusual formations and tiny rock caverns that mingle with crystal clear water. "My initial reaction to the location of the villa was negative as it seemed very remote and isolated.However, once we had settled in and found our bearings we were delighted with the location as it was very peaceful and very accessible to the surrounding area , although you do need a car. The villla itself was lovely. Very spacious with all the equipment you needed. I did think the furnishings were a little dated and some upgrading should be considered eg beds / TV . However, given the difficult financial times I appreciate that this may not be possible at the moment. The gardens were beautiful and there was a great deal of privacy which is what we were looking for. Overall an excellent villa and I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our best holiday with James to date. The villa was delightful, the representative was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The instructions as to the final location of the villa could have been better, we thought we must have missed the turning to the road where the villa was, and so turned around, but then relaised that we had not gone far enough and the actual turning was another half mile further to when we had turned round. "overall we thought the villa was fantastic,wasn't expecting something of that size to be honest, we met the cypriot owners who came to clean the pool and bring new towels and found them very friendly and helpful,the area was very peaceful with sea views from the balcony and surrounded by banana plantations "
